December 10 - Malacanang Palace

Kaisa Para Sa Kaunlaran, an NGO was one of the awardees of the National Volunteers of year 2003. So thus the reason why I went to Malacanang that day. Too bad we didn't get to see the president. Also from there I met a group of Korean Overseas Volunteers. They are quite friendly. :)
